There was a lot to learn about the Lößnitz foundry in December.

With our digital Advent calendars on Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin, our followers were able to find out about a new fact from the foundry every day. We are especially happy about the special gifts to our employees.

In cooperation with our partner Fokus Zukunft we can support two projects again this year and thus contribute something to the sustainability of our nature.

The first project runs together with the initiator of the bloom sponsorship at Lake Starnberg, Franz Grenzebach. He directly offers the opportunity to participate in the creation of a natural habitat for bees and insects through a flowering sponsorship. Thus, we have taken over the sponsorship of an 85m² flowering meadow for 2021, of which each employee has been given 1m² as a gift. This gives us as a foundry the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the promotion of bee culture and at the same time to do good for our environment.

The second project runs together with the cooperation Bergwaldprojekt e.V. Here Fokus Zukunft offers the possibility to acquire "nature premiums" in order to contribute to the protection and preservation of the local forests. For this reason, our employees were given the gift of a tree sponsorship in the Oberallgäu region for one year at Christmas.
